The last time the boy and I went to NYC, we weren&#039;t too impressed by Balthazar but we loved, loved, loved The Little Owl. It&#039;s this little place on the edge of Greenwich and West Village that only seats 38 and you&#039;ll definitely need a reservation. But it was our favourite meal of the entire trip.</description>
